- Account information — your name and email address when you sign up, including via Google OAuth.
- Uploaded documents — files you upload to generate study materials. These are stored securely and used solely to produce your study packs.
- Usage data — information about how you use the Service, such as features used and study packs generated, used to improve the Service and calculate billing.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We do not store your card details.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve the Service
- Generate your study materials using AI
- Manage your account and subscription
- Respond to support requests
- Send important service updates (not marketing, unless you opt in)
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your uploaded documents to train AI models.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
- OpenAI — AI model (GPT-4o) used to generate study materials from your uploaded content.
- Paddle — payment processing and subscription management.
- Railway — application hosting infrastructure.
Each third party has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data and generated study packs for as long as your account is active. Uploaded documents are stored to allow you to re-access your study packs. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings.
6. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure cloud storage, and access controls to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Export your data

8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. No cookie consent banner is required as we only use strictly necessary cookies.
