We want you to be completely satisfied with CourseParse. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy outlined below.
48-Hour Money-Back Guarantee
All paid plans — including Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, and Organisation plans — are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of the initial purchase date, no questions asked.
To request a refund, simply email us at support@courseparse.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
One-Time Purchases (Starter Pack)
The Starter Pack (10 lifetime study packs) is eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided that no study packs have been generated under the plan. Once the plan has been used, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Subscription Renewals
If your subscription has automatically renewed and you did not intend to renew, please contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge and we will issue a full refund for that renewal period.
After the 48-Hour Window
Refund requests made after the 48-hour window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We are always happy to help — if you are experiencing a technical issue or the Service is not working as described, please reach out and we will do our best to resolve it or offer a partial refund where appropriate.
How Refunds Are Processed
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer but typically take 5–10 business days to appear.
